Shipping policy

All sale items are final sale.  We strive to dispatch all products within seven (7) business days unless specified in product description.

We are happy to process a return/exchange for items that are new and unworn within seven (7) business days of receiving the package.  If you have a product is damaged, you have 48 hours from the date of delivery to file a claim with our customer service team.  For returned items, the original cost of shipping will not be reimbursed. In case a return package is lost in transit without proof of delivery to ShopFD, we cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
